Preservation of Peace with the Indian Tribes : January 17,1800
This is from the Avalon Project. This statute basically is an effort to preserve the peace amongst the Citizens of the United States and the Native Americans by declaring it illegal for whites to incite trouble.

Indian Trade Regulation Act
This act was intended to regulate trading amongst the Indians and to preserve the peace on the Frontier of the New Nation of the United States. Enacted on April 22, 1800.
